By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Availability

All abayas and related products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without prior notice.
Product colours, fabrics, and details may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as required by Qatari regulations at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Online payment gateways
Bank transfer
Cash on Delivery (within Qatar only)

Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed, except for approved Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or description errors
Suspected fraud or misuse

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available within the State of Qatar and selected international destinations, where applicable.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Unique Touch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of luxury and custom garments:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Custom-made, altered, or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless required by Qatari consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-measure abayas are created specifically for the customer and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
